The Pierres de Mère et la Fille (Stone of Mother and Daughter) are located northeast of Saint-Jean -de-la-Motte and La Flèche in the department of Sarthe in France.
From the former row of stones, three menhirs have survived the destruction of the 19th century, two of which are known as mother and daughter.
The mother stone is more than 4.0 meters high and the western of the couple. The daughter in the east measures just over 2.0 meters. The two pointed plates are about 8.0 meters apart in an east-west direction.
About 425 meters away is the “Pierre Potelée“.
